This restaurant is very mediocre. I placed my order and they never delivered it. I waited for more than four hours, and the restaurant didn’t even bother to contact me to say they couldn’t deliver it (at least out of courtesy). I waited far too long, and even then they marked it as delivered. What a waste of time. The other reviews are completely true — don’t buy anything or waste your time on a mediocre business that doesn’t know how a business works. 0/10
Worst 27 euros I have spend on a food. Literally tasteless chicken wings, and a terrible smash burger with some soggy fries. All I wanted to order some snack food after a long week but now I have to spend some more money to eat because this is already in the garbage.. really bad food..pity.. 27 euros….
I don't know what these people on the reviews are talking about. The spicy chicken wings are delicious. Fries are crunchy and yummy. Everything is cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend even though they might deliver tad bit late sometimes due to business.
I don't like the mozzarella sticks though.
We've ordered them for the first time, but it was the worst take-away experience for us in over a year. One of the burger buns was completely burned and the others were not toasted at all. The chicken was almost cold and not crispy at all (soggy!) Just chicken containing a lot of fat. The loaded fries were cold and soggy with a lot of curry mayo on top. Also: the food took more than an hour to arrive. A pity because they had so many good reviews.
Placed a order wich I never received. I contacted them about a refund to which they said I should contact lieferando and that I will get a refund this way. They proceeded to tell lieferando that they where at my Adresse and tried to call as well. They did not call and they also wherent at my adress. Things can happen I am very understanding but the fact that they are trying to lie themselves out of giving me back my money is just not okey.
